Dick Brownell is responsible for development and implementation of our corporate quality control, quality assurance program. He has also developed and implemented contract specific quality control, quality assurance programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including, the Baltimore, New York, Kansas City, Fort Worth, Tulsa, Omaha, and Philadelphia districts. Dick has developed remedial measures for numerous Superfund and hazardous waste sites nationwide, and has supervised more than 500 hazardous waste site investigations and cleanups.
Ray Lees, PE
Professional Engineer
Ray Lees manages complex environmental remediation projects involving innovative technology evaluation, performance-based contracts, and multi-agency jurisdiction. His areas of expertise include hazardous waste management, CERCLA ROD modifications, remediation, regulatory negotiations, design/build/operate, and innovative technology selection. Ray has managed over 15 CERCLA/RCRA sites from the site assessment phase to cost-effective closure, two of which have been delisted. Ray has also provided litigation support on various environmental projects.
Waye Sheu, PhD, PE
Professional Engineer
Waye Sheu manages engineering investigations for buildings, oil tanks, wastewater treatment plants, and transmission mains. He directs environmental and geotechnical studies, including environmental investigations, remediation work plan development, engineering design, and project management for hazardous waste-contaminated site remediation. Waye’s work includes conducting Phase II environmental site investigations and managing site remediation for numerous voluntary cleanup projects under the Illinois Site Remediation Program. He has also provided turnkey services for remediating petroleum- and chlorinated solvent-impacted soils by using low-temperature thermal desorption treatment at industrial sites.
