President and CEO
William P. Dee, president of the firm since 1999, has over three decades of experience in the planning and execution of environmental engineering projects, including major wastewater treatment projects and an array of water supply, solid and industrial waste management and hazardous waste remediation efforts. A licensed Professional Engineer in six states, Bill is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer, Past-President of the AAEE, a member of the Water Environment Research Foundation Board, Past Chair of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) Board of Directors, and Chair of the Global Judging Panel for the International Water Association’s Project Innovation Awards.

JERRY FRIELING

With over 35 years of experience specializing in the water environment, Jerry Frieling was previously Vice President and National Director of Malcolm Pirnie’s Water Environment Practice prior to his election to Chairman in 2002. During his more than 20 years with the firm, he has been Director of Pirnie's Red Oak Consulting division, overseen business in the western United States and led several award-winning water, wastewater, and reuse projects. Recipient of the George Bradley Gascoigne Medal from the Water Environment Federation, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.
